 Mr. Richard M. Killian, MBA, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Killian serves as President and CEO for Prospect Equities® and oversees the company's operations involving its divisions and ancillaries. He is responsible for mergers and acquisitions representing the company's rapid growth. Mr. Killian is focused on the expansion of Prospect Equities® as an international brand name and franchise system.

Mr. Killian holds a Master of Business Administration degree along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, is educated through Harvard Business School, and is a United States military veteran. In addition to the founding role of Prospect Equities®, he has founded, operated, and/or acquired over two dozen companies in the areas of engineering, demolition, technology, general contracting, insurance, investments, publishing, banking, and entertainment production.

Mr. Killian holds candidacies as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a Professional Engineer (PE). He is a member of various industry organizations and associations to include Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), and ASTM International.

Mr. Killian holds thirty-three active licenses in the areas of real estate, investment, engineering, insurance, banking, and environmental consulting, is Chairman of twenty-four companies, employs over six hundred personnel, and is responsible for nearly a half billion dollars in annual sales. Mr. Killian is a philanthropist involved with several reputable charities and foundations and is a public motivational speaker.

Mrs. Shirley Prosek, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mrs. Prosek serves as Vice President and COO for Prospect Equities® and is responsible for the daily operations of the company. She is also focused on the recruitment and support of Franchisees. Mrs. Prosek is a licensed real estate broker, has been with Prospect Equities® since 2006, and oversees employee relations, interviewing, hiring, training and support. She also manages Licensing Compliance, purchasing, administration, and quality control assurance for the company, its franchisees, and its ancillary divisions.
