We do not hire "just anyone" as some firms may practice. Each prospective agent is interviewed by the HR Director and Manager to evaluate his or her potential as an agent. We screen our applicants thoroughly because it is our agents who represent our name. We have extremely low turnover, which is unique for our industry. In fact, Prospect Equities® has experienced a less than 1% annual turnover since our inception. Prospect Equities® has been awarded the “Complaint Free Award” by the Better Business Bureau every consecutive year since being an Accredited Member in 2005.
